Profil

I’ve lived as an expat for over 25 years across multiple countries. Originally from the USA, I spent years in Sydney, Australia, where I studied at UNSW and ran my own private practice before moving to Germany. I have a Masters in Humanistic & Existential Psychology and am licensed as a Psychotherapist in Germany (HeilprG).

I’m a mother of three, owner of two dogs, servant to two cats, and a passionate advocate for education reform through Loxabe EB-Schools.

I don’t just understand international life professionally—I live it daily.

What I Help With

For Couples: You’re both successful, but your relationship is suffering. One of you sacrificed a career for the move. The other feels guilty but resentful. You’re exhausted, disconnected, and wondering if this is fixable. International couples face unique structural pressures—I specialize in helping you navigate them before the damage becomes permanent.

For High-Achievers Facing Burnout: You’ve always been able to push through, but this time it’s different. You’re exhausted in a way that rest doesn’t fix. Your performance is slipping. You’re irritable, disconnected, and starting to wonder if something is fundamentally wrong. Burnout isn’t a motivation problem—it’s a nervous system problem. And it requires real intervention, not just more discipline.

For Professionals Who’ve Lost Themselves: You’ve built an impressive career, but somewhere along the way you stopped recognizing yourself. You’re successful on paper but feel empty. Your relationships feel transactional. You’ve optimized everything except your actual life. This isn’t about achieving more—it’s about reconnecting with who you are beneath the accomplishments.

My Approach

Therapy with me is direct, practical, and deeply personalized. We’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, develop concrete skills to change them, and create a clear path forward.

This isn’t about endless processing. It’s about understanding what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to do about it—then actually doing it.

I don’t do surface-level support. I do transformative work for people ready to invest in real, lasting change.
