Thamiris Ferreis Monteiro, Psychologist (Brazil)
Profil
I’m a psychologist offering individual therapy and therapeutic groups, including a welcoming space for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients.
My work is rooted in phenomenological, existential, and person-centered approaches. More than a method, this means I believe in slowing down, truly listening, and walking alongside you without judgment and without rushing. Whether you’re facing emotional distress, a major life transition, or simply feeling lost, my goal is to help you find clarity, stability, and a deeper sense of yourself.
I have a particular interest in working with immigrants and expats navigating life in Germany. I understand how disorienting it can be to rebuild your life in a new country: the loneliness, the cultural dissonance, the pressure to adapt while still feeling like yourself. Here, you’ll find a space that honors where you come from and who you’re becoming.
I’m also deeply committed to supporting women through life transitions, identity questions, and the pursuit of autonomy. This includes the profound and often invisible emotional labor of motherhood: the doubts, the grief, the love, the loss of self, and the search for it again. You deserve to make sense of all of it, with compassion and without shame.
